My account is apparently bugged and my daily has not reset on anything for 3 straight days. GJ ANet! My friends want me to dungeon farm with them but I see no point right now. Support is slow as fucking molasses in the winter.

I can't get rewards for: dungeons, world bosses, daily, crafting, JP, or anything else that requires the reset.

In the character selection screen it says 0/5 for daily but when I log in it says 5/5 lol.

Yeah it's the same for me, as I said a few posts ago. I actually posted in that official thread there about three times with angry responses. My ascended crafting material cooldown is also bugged and will not reset.

On a happy note though, they actually did "kind of" refund the laurels I spent on my ring, they finally responded to the ticket and told me they could replace it with something that cost the same so I sent an email back telling them what I wanted and about five minutes later it was in my mailbox in game, surprisingly.

I DO need an alt though since I have just mained one 80 the entire lifespan of the game.

It's either raid tonight in Rift or slog through another 1-80 experience.. decisions decisions. Has anyone tried the new GM trait for rangers that increases projectile speed? Is it nice? A turret ranger sounds kinda fun since I'm always in the front lines on thief.

Bad timing aswell, with Easter. Lots of people with days off.... not a good idea they aren't doing anything to fix it this weekend.

You could do what I & others used to do.
Stick a bank alt at the top of the JP near the asura gate in southsun (or any other JP, but that one`s easiest), then just log it each day for easy JP completion.

I actually replied to that very post over there...

Basically saying, yeah it was luck, because after night 1 when I was logged on in Grove and it bugged, last night I made sure to be logged on in a non-megaserver zone (Gendarren Fields) and it still bugged for me. Tonight I'm going to try just not being logged on at all but I'm not very hopeful.

I thought it was just me, but it makes sense now why they haven't responded to my ticket in 2+ days.

I waited 3.5 days for my ticket response and mine was dealing with the ring exchange. I didn't put in a ticket about the daily bug after I saw all the people on the forum post, I just posted there.

I wonder if they'll even respond to yours given it's nature.

afaik for bunkers nothing has changed, still soldier runes.

Isn`t that going to screw things up big time?
If you enter a random bg or dungeon, someone not speaking the same language as the player will just appear ignorant/silent etc...Especially on EU servers where obviously more folk have varying languages.
tbh it only bothered me once when two didn`t speak my main language, but then I didn`t know theirs either so they probably felt the same

This option is only applied in to the /map and /say channels, as well as the /team channel in the Edge of the Mists. Other channels are not affected.
Messages from players in your friend list are never hidden.
Messages from players from the same World as yours are never hidden.
Messages from players currently in your party are never hidden.
Messages from players representing the same guild as you do are never hidden.
Reminder: if you encounter players using abusive or rude language in chat, please report them by right-clicking their name in the chat window and selecting ‘Report.’
Blocking a player still functions the same way.

Most but not all, Queensdale for example is sadly not one of them. And the bosses I'd like to do are mostly in the high level area's =) So that's why I hope it'll be here soon

I also have a questionnnn:
Since pvp skins are now available for pve, how do I obtain this skin now? I have seen people walk around with it, but since I did not unlock this in pvp, I am VERY curious how I can unlock it after this patch.

If you didn't get it before the Feature Pack, there is currently no way to obtain it. However it's confirmed to be coming to a PvP Reward Track near you.

Unfortunately the pvp progression stopping is not a bug, but intended. You can only earn two tiers in the reward tracks per day in custom arenas and the generic hot join type arenas made by Arenanet. Although since your also experiencing broken daily resets, chances are your diminishing returns on the pvp reward tracks won't reset either.

Updated my client and logged in to check out the new feature update Anet has been toting hardcore.

Overall impression for me personally: Meh.

It mostly looks like a bunch of quality of life changes that should have been there since launch (but took them over a year and half to implement.....bravo?). And some of the changes seem to be for the worse.....aka, only acquiring a trait point every so many levels now. Looks like it will make leveling alts more of a hassle and borefest than it was before.

I just don't understand some of the people praising a developer like Anet who gives them features that honestly should have been in the game ages ago. It's almost like people cheering a car manufacturer for adding in heat/AC a year after you bought the car from them. Although, better late than never I suppose.

Edit: I also lol'ed at the people who were valiantly defending the Megaservers, saying it wasn't because of a lower or declining population. I'm sorry, but if a lot of servers can't even fill a zone that has the popular "hot spots" for events, farming, etc....then guess what? The game is losing numbers. And no, a select few high pop servers that people love to show off as the game still being "highly active" do not count. It's like people who were showing off the Fatman server in SWTOR before it merged servers and went free to play.

i meant i cant get a group going without it falling apart for numerous reasons the lfg system sucks as theres no restrictions or ways to stop people from getting to last boss and kicking you so they can sell it

spend hours doing a fotm or dungeon only to get kicked not gain anything from it
