Who cleared inferno mode first?

Some danish guy soloed diablo a few hours before method on a wizard. He did it alone though and method did it 4 man.

So does anyone have a definite answer to why the danish guy's achievements were all weird, skipping straight from finishing Hell to killing Diablo?

All I can think of is he got co op boosted to the final mission, i.e. joins party with someone who's cleared up to that, then has quest available after leaving party. But I don't know if that even works in Inferno.

Even if he did that, it is a hell of an achievement if he can kill diablo with only gear from hell.

Achievements aren't working properly half the time on the EU side. I've lost every achievement I've earned in Act 2 more than once so far.

I'm not really trying to cast doubt on his achievement, he did that himself with that weird screenshot. I'm just curious if there's an explanation for it. It's pretty obvious though that he didn't kill any bosses in Inferno except for Diablo.

Achievements are still buggy as hell (pun not intended) in that game. Some are showing up correctly at the time they are gained others are disappearing even though you've completed them, some don't pop at all while some pop up each time you play the game. I wouldn't take much stock in what someone has achieved ingame by their achievements points and screen alone.

All of my achievements got wiped already 3 times. My progress gets wiped always around 1900 points but i'm achievement hoe so i can't stop doing them q.q

And also i asked the guy who soloed it to accept my battletag invite and when i checked his profile he had kills on progress screen and he also had achievements.

So what? I see no reason why that matters. He was first to kill Diablo inferno - nothing else matters.

Again, I don't know if he did, but the achievement window posted points to this, and I don't believe the nonsense explanation of selectively losing all Inferno achievements. I believe losing ALL achievements, but just those ones? Please.

This is not a valid explanation for missing EVERY boss kill achievement from "Finished Hell" to "Killed Diablo Inferno". If you want to prove he didn't skip all other Inferno bosses just provide proof that you can't get co-op boosted to a mission in Inferno difficulty as soon as you unlock it.

Ok listen. He could't skip any of the bosses because that would require people with much higher progress than himself. Also his statisics show that he had killed bosses from act 1 to 3.

My barbarian is level 52, but I don't have the achievement for Lvl 20... must have skipped that level

I lost all achievement progress I had made between the 12-hour mark and the 36-hour mark after release.

Blizz has already congrats the danish guy for being the first one to kill diablo. So its probably safe to say that its legit and that he killed all the bosses.

whys that a stretch? i just finished nightmare mode lastnight but according to achievements i haven't killed any of the bosses in normal mode
