Girdle of Bound Agony is the only version of that belt I've seen where the screenshot on Wowhead shows the leather dangly bit disappearing when a tabard is worn. It doesn't disappear for me, though, when looking at it from the Appearances tab.

Normally I don't like using other classes' sets, but something about the coloration of the normal mode/world boss drop DK offset pieces makes me want to collect it. Something like a "paladin on the edge of dark and light" theme, as it looks so heavy and menacing. Matched it with Gurthalak and a MoP cloak.

They're the offset pieces of the normal mode Death Knight Tier 19 armor, which non-DKs can get from normal-mode raids or from the Broken Isles world bosses.

Yup, I got the belt, noticed the screenshots too, still cuts off the tabard, even tried the PvP variant and no go. Oh well, thanks for the help. =)

I was determined to create a transmog using the new cosmetic helm from the Alliance scenario. This is what I came up with, hope you like it!
