Hypocritical poiitician, a true hero of the common folk! FurryFoxWolf threads might just be worse than Tenissace threads. I thought he was dense in computer subforum, but this a whole new level.
If you don't think Farage is a career politician I have a bridge to sell you.
Farage has been a politician since his failed career in banking in the 1980s, he blames the failings on workers rights laws that come from Brussels/Strasbourg which basically meant "You can't fuck over your workers.". He was originally a conservative that founded UKIP (Wow surprise there a UKIPPER that was once a Tory /s) after Maastricht and conned people into thinking all our woes come from outside these islands and on somehow the big evil that is Europe.
The guy has a German wife and when asked what's wrong with having Romanians next door and not Germans he shoved it off as "You know what I mean." when quite frankly that's basically showing how fucked up his mind set is thinking some people are sub human compared to others. The guy is a failed bankers, a liar and essentially conned the brain dead of this country who are basically little Englanders OAPs who think we still are a super power and those who can't compete with Polish workers who do their jobs better and cheaper than they could into voting out.
He is a politician who can't keep his promises, just like all the rest. Not exactly hero material.
Not really. The 1800s was a century of warfare in Europe. Most of Which the UK didn't bother with post Napoleon outside of the Greek war of independence and Crimea war. But outside of that Europe was in consistant wars in the German states, Italy, Low countries, failing Ottoman empire, Austrian Empire etc.
Well, compared to the 18th century and the 20th one, it was peaceful.
Also, which ''constant wars'' in Europe ?
The German-Danish war
The Austro-Prussian war
The Franco Prussian war

You misunderstand how 'career politician' is used. Career politicians tend to be consensus politicians in comfortable seats in decently sized parties barely rocking the boat or challenging any consensus in their party. Being in politics for a long time doesn't make you a 'career politician'.
His comment about Romanians, or insinuation was dogwhistle, plausible deniability stuff. I can't defend it. Even a charitable interpretation of his comments makes him look bad. The only redeeming thing that anyone can say about it is that he was heavily pushed by the presenter throughout that debate. Shotgun argument aplenty. The guy has a German wife and when asked what's wrong with having Romanians next door and not Germans he shoved it off as "You know what I mean." when quite frankly that's basically showing how fucked up his mind set is thinking some people are sub human compared to others. The guy is a failed bankers, a liar
This kind of attitude engenders support towards parties like UKIP.and essentially conned the brain dead of this country who are basically little Englanders OAPs who think we still are a super power and those who can't compete with Polish workers who do their jobs better and cheaper than they could into voting out.
Also, I can't help but note the laughable inconsistency in your position. You complain that Farage objects to workers rights laws then complain about British workers complaining about being undercut by cheap foreign labour. Which is it? You also make a racist attack against many working-class and low skilled English workers by suggesting that Polish workers tend to be better and talk about their general willingness to be exploited by cheap employers as a good thing.
UE its EU moron, the coal mines were sold off by maggy thatcher, all you people saying leaving is bad, even if we remained we wil eventually have left cos the EU wont last some of you are so hell bent on thinking the EU is this supreme utopia where its all hugging and peace etc, WAKE UP the EU is nothing more than a job destroying and anti democratic politcal union trying to make a united states of europe and theres other ocuntries who are getting more votes to leave the EU like the true fins for example, most of nothern europe wants out

I like him. He's been pushing to get us out of the EU for so long and finally got the tories to consider it. And now, finally, we're getting out.

Grammar and syntax aside, what british job the UE (Union Européenne) destroyed ? British coal miners ?
I know it's very hard to fathom but brace yourself for this startling truth : no migrants (whatever their provenance) is not going to make coal mines profitable again. Even with zero immigration, the British car industry will still struggle to sell cars outside the top end market. Even with guards towers and snipers to shoot everyone coming in the general direction of Britain, it's still going to be next to impossible for Britain (and BAE) to design all by themselves combat aircraft, tanks...
BTW, yes, I know the drill. Union is for weaklings, for ''degenerate libural beta cucks LULZ''. This is why the United Kingdom is about keeping to yourself in your tiny nation and being agressively hostile to your neighbours. That's why too there was never any kind of movement to unite peacefully hostile kingdoms/nations in the United Kingdom.

Coal mines were sold off and closed because they can not compete with the world. Coal is dead not just in the UK but everywhere in the western world. Unless you're willing to work for pennies a day we're never going to compete with chinese coal. Or steal, or iron, or any major industry of low technology. There's simply no point trying to keep up.
Secondly what is undemocratic about the EU. Please please don't say the powerless commission.
Again you have proven you can't spell, know nothing and pretty much should take English lessons, history lessons and learn something and stop spreading conspiracy bullcrap.
And BTW, it's fun that all you can find for ''leave the EU'' is ''there is going to be a big war'' (hinted with the subtlety of a 80's action figure commercial about migrants) and that will destroy the weakling in Europe LULZ''. Yep, dude, correct : if everyone bankrupt and is invaded by Russia and there is a nuclear winter and there is a solar flares and the super Yellowstone volcanoe and the avian flu and....UK will be ''fine''.
Yeah, I suppose that if there was a zombie outbreak like in that documentary ''the Walking Dead'', it would be a good idea for Canada to erect a 50 feet wall with laser guns atop.
At least we Americans can take comfort between Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson the British can't really say anything if Trump becomes president.
Well, I'm a French speaker who master in a rather dubious matter the Bard's language. That's why it's completely relevant and useful to point out that my English is bad.
This said, as someone who use very fluently French, I'm aghast when I see people, while calling other idiots and incompetents, use awful internet grade French riddled with syntax and grammatical errors. Especially when, surprise surprise, those people are blithingly hypernationalists....
(IE, it's not irrelevant to say ''your English is bad'', to someone who is agressively against ''others'')
Yeah. Pretty much. (Please note that a lot of those were civil wars or not occuring in Europe). It was still much more peaceful than the 19th century and the early 20th century. And once again, it does show how much an happy place Europe was when you did not had the Channel to protect you (except if you are a Scot or an Irish...)
