Maybe for the current groups in the US, but the KKK have a lot of ideological differences from Nazis. Some common goals, yes, but not the same. The KKK were opposed to the Nazis during WW2.

These days the people belonging to both camps might agree. I don't think there's much serious ideological motivation beyond racism left in either group.
