Alliance definitely got fucked over with cities unless they put the vindicaar in along with gilneas and such.

The vindicaar is meh, Gilneas would be nice. But what I really want is a chunk of Shadowforge City, so that I can bind my hearthstone to the Grim Guzzler.

True. Xenedar being fixed and made part of the Alliance would fit more, but then we'd have two ships, haha.

All the clans on this side of the Dark Portal. Did they bring their civilians with them? I am legitimately asking, I thought most of the civilians were left back in Draenor.

Some were left on the other side, sure. But they had to have farms and blacksmiths and animal handlers and caravan-runners for their supply wagons and all of the other things an army needs to support itself.

One of the most basic Horde Buildings in every Warcraft game is "Farm" for a reason.

Oh, absolutely! We've got plenty of Garrosh Apologists, here, or people who try to portray Sylvanas as a pure soul. There's those who believe that survival justifies anything.

They're just a minority compared to the incredibly loud and overwhelming amount of Alliance Players who shout down any discussion of the Horde's positive actions or the Alliance's negative ones. It's a bit maddening.

I think that the Vindicaar was proof of concept that they can fix the Exodar (and now the Xenedar) without the need of Naaru.

From what I know, the Xenedar didn't have Xe'ra since she was technically dead. Unless I'm missing something.

They didn't have Xe'ra's core, but from what it seemed most of her power was there.0

Yeah, but the Xenedar and Vindicaar seem similarly in built. As well as mentioned above that Xe'ra was inactive before she was put back together after the Xenedar crashed.

Vindicaar uses Xenedars art assets after you assemble the crown.
