I said it before, but making it easier to vote for Democrats made it easier to vote for Republicans. Seems like even Trump's dumbass attempts to sabotage that failed to work with his own base.

As for Pennsylvania... in what time frame could trumps law suit actually stop them from counting? Unless he effects a cease and desist immediately, the votes would be counted long before the motion was ever acted upon.

As for Pennsylvania... in what time frame could trumps law suit actually stop them from counting? Unless he effects a cease and desist immediately, the votes would be counted long before the motion was ever acted upon.

I wouldn't be able to tell you but I would be shocked if he could do anything at all no matter how many lawsuits he throws at them.

Hopefully not, no.

Trump is asking for a change in the election laws during/after the election. There's no actual evidence of fraud, only votes being counted exactly the way Pennsylvania said they would, weeks/months ago. Unless the PA govt decided to break the laws while doing so, and why would they everyone knew this was a big deal that's just asking to get caught, there's really no legal grounds.

The laws might require the counting stop while the lawsuit is ongoing, but even that's shaky. There's a lot of ballots and over two million were sent before the polls opened. Trump can't stop those no matter what. He might take a swing at those that were postmarked Tuesday, but I don't even know how many of those there are.

He might still win Pennsylvania honestly anyhow. He's better off going for Georgia or Nevada.

Sorry to be so behind, still catching up. But if he succeeds in getting PA to stop counting, then Nevada should respond by basically saying, "We will stop counting too and Biden is ahead which puts him at 270, he wins". Basically watch another state follow his lead and undo what he is trying to do.

I can understand why.

While they might want their side to win just handing the victory to Trump like that would set the country ablaze.

Democrats in general just would not accept such a result.
