Thank you. I did just open it up again to solve the problem; I thought I knew what was causing it (I had my remaining PSU-cables coiled up together with one that's actually used). It didn't help, but it's possible that the problem is on the backside. Lots of wires there.
..and since it was open anyway,
Behold the mess!
I do have two fans on my heatsink. The second one is just invisible, untouchable and inefficient. On a more serious note, I will get another one. Eventually. When there's any sort of need. Never.
Coil whine is likely either actually IN the GPU or PSU. ;p
Also, what are your specs? Don't believe I ever saw an actual list. ;p
And Corsair VX..... ahh, nostalgic.
Oh, I see! I have a lot to learn. Weird that I havn't heard it before switching cases; I wasn't that rough when moving my components.
My specs are:
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K CPU at a modest 4.3GHz.
Memory: 16 GB Kingston HyperX DDR3
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 7950, stock.
Hard Drive: Intel® SSD 520 Series 120GB, + ~2.5TB shared amongst three other drives.
Case: Antec Performance One P180 Fractal Design Define R4
Monitor: BenQ GL2750HM + Dell U2410
Mouse: Logitech G5
Keyboard: Logitech G15
OS: Windows W7 64
Is that the orange second version of the G15? If so that is the one I used to use, if you ever feel like moving to a mechanical keyboard, for me, moving from that to the Corsair K90 was a very easy move and it doesn't feel too much different, but it is great. ^_^
Naaah I have the first, blue version. The one with the fantastic "I don't care about my CPU/RAM usage right now, nor what time it is. Goodbye" flip-down screen. I'll probably use it 'til it dies, but that might happen sooner than I think, considering its age. Thanks for the tip!
Glad I could help! The K90 has all the macro buttons the G15 v1 has without the tacky mini-screen. ;p
Plus.... a volume roller. omg so sexy, and the wrist rest is the most comfortable I've ever touched.

Posting a picture to encourage more on-topic for myself. :P
So I have actually been finding this is both promoting me sitting up straight more and is all around a more comfortable setup, as weird as it looks. I thought it would drive me nuts pretty quickly and I'd be done with it sooner than later, but frankly, I am happy with it like this! The monitor on the left is the gaming monitor and more on my face's level. I know it is weird, might look tacky and all, but it is comfortable, and as most would say, comfort is the most important part!
looks really sweet. But doesn't it get annoying to have the keyboard placed like that and then looking to the left? or have you just moved to keyboard to write on the sweet forums om MMO-C?

If I didn't already have my fair share of back and neck problems (I'm American, I think we are supposed to be the ones constantly in pain/fat/etc right? lol) then I could tell you if there is a difference, however neither way really makes a difference. :P
Actually I don't find it too annoying, though I think the keyboard does move around a little bit, depending on what I'm doing. Frankly I know my hands will push the keyboard up a bit overtime, so then I have to pull it back to the edge. ;p
