Should run all those titles fine at 1080p, medium-high settings depending on how much FPS you're happy with.
You won't be overclocking that CPU because it's a non-K chip (locked multiplier), and the GTX760 will OC to push out another 8-10% performance at the most.
For further questions please either post in Computer Chat Thread, or shoot me a PM, or make your own thread (since this is going a bit offtopic :P)

I'd advise for him to just make his own thread with questions, since the chat thread is also not really for Q&A, rather just to stop us regulars for the most part from talking about beer and cheese.
His own thread with custom title will get peoples' attention.
Also, DON'T STEAL ALL THE ATTENTION!!! PM you only... PFFFFFF Scumbag Xuvial.

If you could afford it now, I'd just return the current CPU for an i7-3770K, as paying the full price later on will be such a minor increase in performance for such an exorbitant amount of money, hell I would just stick with the current one or get the i5-3570K, as you probably won't use an i7, anyways.
This is mine

Fanless PSU is the only way I'd appreciate that PSU-orientation
Fractal Design, Noctua and Be Quiet!. I love it.
Ohhh man I would want to do so many sexy things with that cooler. It looks all kinds of badass.
That cooler + GPU with backplate + black fans + z77 Sabertooth = phwoaaaaarrrrrrr
What are the specs? i5 3570K + Giga 670/680 Windforce? (wild guess)

CPU: 4770K @ 4.4ghz so far around 1.1V (definitely needs more tuning, way too many options) OC detail: turbo boost scalee 4x 3.7 3x 4.2 2x 4.3 1x 4.4, i don't need 4x 4.4Ghz since most games are single or dual threaded, i can use 4.3-4.4Ghz in games since 4x 3.7 is enough for everything, i noticed it runs around 4.2-4.3 in games with almost no additional heat that i noticed, since i don't push all cores to 4.4 with adaptive voltage.
CPU cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 2
Fans: 2x NOCTUA NF-P14 + 2x NOCTUA NF-P12 (damn big case next time it will be 4x NOCTUA NF-P14) (1x NF-P12 not used yet)
RAM: 32GB (4x8GB) Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Seasonic Fanless 520W 80+ platinum
Case: Fractal design define r4
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce X3 670
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
HDD: WD Red 2TB
I don't know about GPU with backplate, i don't feel like changing GPU coolers, i never did that before and loose GPU cooler si trouble. But it would look much better, still 3x fan does the job pretty silently. That pc is about 2-3 orders of magnitude quieter (since dB is log scale that means perceived noise is 2-3x quieter) than my notebook acer Aspire. 7560G

I finally got myself a new keyboard, that old G15 I bought shortly after its release became a lil' beaten up over the years. Bear with the image quality, I've only got a crappy fixed focus camera phone and a magnifying glass for macro shots.
Click for full size, and stare at the volume slider in disgust.
Heya guys, just finished building a tiny prodigy Beast gaming rig for my GF today, here goes some specs:
i3 3240
GTX 760 msi twinfrozr gaming edition
8GB 1600mhz ram
corsair cx 500M V3 80+ bronze
WD Blue 1TB hard drive
And now here go some pictures:
I also removed the top HDD cage to get better airflow and add a second 120mm fan : D

PC monitors against windows? My eyes would hurt from constant brightness adaptation(dark monitor-bright sunlight).
